What the access does not cover
Reports say Pirate Shop Access covers eligible items sold for V-Bucks, while real-money offers, gifting, pass levels and rewards are excluded; Sidekicks have an additional reported limit. Reported Availability also depends on what is actually listed in the rotating shop while your window is active.
Reports say eligible items that a player actually claims during an active window remain in the player's Locker after access ends. Reported That does not automatically grant items you forgot to claim or items that were not in the shop during your window.

Check the correct yearly token
The 2027 activation is reported to begin on January 1, 2027. A 2027 option that is unavailable before that date is not by itself evidence that the reward is missing.
Claim wanted offers while they are listed
Reports say eligible offers must be claimed individually while they are listed during an active window; future or departed shop items are not granted automatically. Reported Check the rotating shop during your active period instead of expecting a future catalog to arrive automatically.
