Current data handling
Planner input stays in your browser
The activation planner calculates in your browser. Its year selection, date, optional time and time zone are not submitted to a site server. Selecting Save on this device stores those inputs in this browser's local storage. Previously saved input is restored when you return; this does not link it to an Epic account.
Saving is optional. Use the planner's Clear saved input control to remove its saved entry, or clear this site's storage in your browser settings. Local storage can persist between visits until removed, and someone using the same browser profile may be able to read it. The tools remain usable when local saving is unavailable.
Copying and calendar files
Selecting Copy summary writes the planning summary to your clipboard. Calendar downloads from the planner and event calendar are generated in your browser after you select a download control. These actions do not automatically send a summary to another person or add an event to your calendar account.
Clipboard content and downloaded files can include your chosen dates and time zone. If you paste, share or import them into another application, that application's handling of the data applies. Clearing saved planner input does not remove copies, downloads or imported events.
Optional analytics
If you select Allow analytics, this site loads Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. GA4 is used to understand page visits and aggregate actions such as using the planner, downloading a calendar, opening an evidence drawer or following an external source. Clarity is used to find layout, navigation and interaction problems through aggregate behavior and session-replay features.
Advertising permissions remain denied. Google Signals and ad-personalization features are disabled in this site's tag configuration. The activation decision, planner form and planner result are explicitly masked for Clarity. Planner dates, times, time zones, copied summaries, email addresses, free-text input and full external URLs are excluded from this site's custom analytics event fields. The providers can still process technical data needed for analytics, including page URL, referrer, browser/device information, approximate network location and identifiers stored after consent.
Before consent, the site sets analytics and advertising storage signals to denied and does not request either vendor's script. Your choice is saved in this browser underfst.analytics-consent.v1. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change it. Turning analytics off updates the consent signals, asks Clarity to clear its cookies, and reloads the page without the vendor scripts. You can also clear this site's storage and cookies in browser settings.
Google and Microsoft handle consented analytics data under their own terms and privacy notices:Google Privacy Policy andMicrosoft Privacy Statement. Keeping analytics off does not block the guide or planning tools.
Hosting and external links
Loading static pages still makes requests to the hosting provider. It may process request metadata such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and referrer for delivery, security or logs. This site does not control the hosting provider's platform logs and does not promise that no logs exist; retention follows the provider's applicable settings.
Fonts are served with the site. No advertising script is loaded.
Following a source or support link contacts another website, which may receive request metadata and apply its own privacy policy.
Emails and privacy questions
If a corrections mailbox is configured and you choose to email it, your address and message are handled by the email providers and recipient. Avoid sending credentials or private account data. Retention follows the mailbox provider's and recipient's current settings.
See Contact & corrections for current mailbox availability and privacy questions. This notice describes the current implementation and its known boundaries; it is not a claim of complete legal compliance.
